The Chilton-Clanton Library announced the winners of its annual Summer Reading Project June 30.

The program was a competition of who read the most books. Students read from June 1 to June 27, and each Thursday in the month of June they attended a program that was held in the library conference room.

The top readers for each division are as follows: Kindergarten to first grade: Callie Childress, Ken Tilley and Dallas Mims; second to third grade: Francesca Milliard, Diana Gillespie and Kiley Freeman; and fourth to sixth grade: James Powers and Jacob Liveoak.
