Dear editor,

Yet another ATV/go-kart accident involving minors happens (see the March 28 Friday edition of The Clanton Advertiser “Children injured in wreck”).

Roads well traveled or rural, helmet or no helmet, not once has your coverage stated that ATV/go-karts on public roads are illegal.

Parents should show responsibility and teach their children to obey the law.

ATVs are used like automobiles on roads all over Chilton County.

Where is the enforcement?
