Dear editor,

Reading the Chilton911.org site, I see that a telephone outage was a result of vandalism.

Simply stated, should the vandal be caught, the individual needs to be strung from a high cell tower and publicly flogged, before going to trial.

On the morning that this region of the state suffered a near catastrophic weather event, to do this type of damage is totally despicable!

If any fatalities (to include medical) resulted from this act due to inability to communicate with medical/police/fire and if caught, the individual(s) should be charged with murder and prosecuted to the fullest extent possible.

I have nothing but contempt for this piece of trash.
