Dear Editor,

Due to the catastrophic events of April 27, all of our county churches’ efforts and resources have a greater purpose. Our needs and wants are very small when compared to our family, friends and neighbors throughout Alabama who have lost much.

The “Churches Helping Schools” project has been canceled.

To those churches who have come together, as one family, thank you! May God continue to bless each of you as you have blessed the least of his.
