The Chilton County Fair starts tomorrow night, and the gates will open at 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and at 5 p.m. Saturday night.

It costs $3 admission to get into the fair, and armbands are $15 apiece. Armbands are required to ride any of the rides.

The demolition derby, which was new for last year, makes a return Tuesday night. A new event for 2008 is Gospel Night, which takes place Thursday night. Also, Chilton County High School’s “Blast from the Past” performs Monday night and Southern Pride takes the stage Wednesday night.
