Willie Korell Littleton

Willie Korell Littleton, 91, of Clanton died Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013.

He was born on Wednesday, April 27, 1921, in Chilton County, son of the late Earbie Littleton and the late Flossie Gore Littleton.

He was a painter.

Surviving are his daughter, Carolyn Hayes of Clanton; son, Jimmie (Rena) Littleton of Clanton; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; sisters, Virginia Thompson of Clanton, Mary Helen Blackwell of Orange City, Fla.; special friend, Ruth Cofer of Jemison.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Littleton; grandson, Charles Eric Wilson and sister, Eloise Crownson.

Friends will be received from 5-8 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 12, at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services will be held Sunday, Jan. 13, at 3 p.m. at Collins Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. William Key, the Rev. Don Graham and the Rev. Daniel Wilson officiating.

Interment will follow in Collins Chapel Cemetery in Thorsby.
