Ribbon cut at Judicial Correction Services

From Staff Reports

The Chilton County Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday held a ribbon cutting ceremony at Judicial Correction Services, located at the former Jemison City Hall.

The center serves several counties and offers sentencing for criminals that serves as an alternative to jail time or fines.

“It’s a pleasure to be here in Jemison,” center Director Steve Raymond said. “They’ve done everything they can do to make it a success.”
