Dinner plate sell will benefit Chilton FOP
A fundraiser at Associated Foods on Saturday will benefit the Chilton County Fraternal Order of Police.
Grilled chicken plates complete with sides will be sold for $7 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Erric Price with FOP said the plate sale is one of the group’s largest fundraisers of the year, and group members would like to raise $2,000.
“Like any other agency, money is at an all-time low because of the economy,” Price said. “[Associated Foods] owner Phillip Davis has been great to help us out.”
