Chilton Christian Academy’s offense found its groove Friday in a 63-13 win over Huntsville Christian.

The Patriots led 44-6 at halftime and were never threatened as they earned their second win of the season.

The CCA defense wasn’t bad, either.

Nick Haube led the way with six tackles, while Nevin Todd had four tackles and both J.U. Bice and Tim Trokey had three tackles each.

Trent Ray recovered a fumble and ran it back 55 yards for a touchdown.

On offense, Ray completed 5-of-8 passes for 121 yards and three touchdowns.

He rushed for 70 yards and two more touchdowns.

Haube compiled 72 rushing yards and three touchdowns. He also scored on a 52-yard touchdown reception and a 62-yard kickoff return for a touchdown.
