Charles Thomas Barnett, 60, of Clanton, passed away on June 30 in Thorsby.

He was born in Birmingham on Feb. 22, 1954, the son of the late Charles Howard Barnett and Thomasine Varden Barnett.

He was a welder.

He is survived by his mother, Thomasine Barnett of Clanton; sister, Barbara Renshaw of Clanton and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held on July 9 from 12:30-1:30 p.m. at Ellison Memorial Funeral Home.

A graveside service will follow at 2 p.m. in Pleasant Hill Baptist Cemetery in Jemison with the Rev. J. Aaron Ellison officiating.
