Roandel Eugene Wright, 63, of Billingsley, passed away on Aug. 12 at his residence.

He was born in Chilton County on Nov. 3, 1949, the son of the late Clyde D. Wright and the late Lavolia Mims Wright.

He was a former truck driver.

He is survived by his daughter, Erica Beadlecomb (Tommy) of Clanton; son, Eric Wright of Clanton; son, Derrick Wright of Clanton; grandchildren, Lacey Drake, Andy Drake, Katelyn Beadlecomb, Karleigh Wright and Adalyne Wright; brother, Charles Wayne Wright of Clanton and numerous other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Lavolia Wright.

Funeral services will be held Aug. 17 at 11 a.m. from the Memorial Chapel of Ellison-Cleckler Funeral Home with the Rev. J. Aaron Ellison officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Burial will follow in the Sunshine Assembly of God Cemetery in Clanton.
