Coleman Edward Jennings, 79, of Clanton, passed away on July 14.

He was preceded in death by his father, Allen Thomas Jennings; mother, Lois Gray Jennings; sister, Tommy Jennings Hobbs; brothers, William Jennings, Allen Jennings (Linda) and Joseph Jennings and his loving companion; Nora Story.

Surviving is his son, Coleman Edward Jennings Jr.; daughters, Tracy Jennings Blankenship (John), and Joyce Jennings Dzenowski (Dean); brothers, Robert F. Jennings Sr., Charles Jennings (Diane), Paul L. Jennings (Patsy); sisters, Annette Jennings Underwood and Linda Jennings Gilliam; sister-in-law, Bonnie Bean Jennings; grandchildren, Heath and Jerrod Kromer, Paul and Whitney Blankenship, Nick, John Luck, Cynthia and Zoe Jennings and a host of nephews and nieces.

Jennings was a loving and caring father and grandfather and will be deeply missed.

The family will receive friends on July 18 from 2-3:30 p.m. at Agee Brother’s Funeral Home 907 Samaria Road in Clanton.

Burial services following at 4 p.m. at Glad Tidings Cemetery in Clanton.
