Robert William “Bob” Taylor, 63, of Verbena passed away on May 18.

He was born on Saturday, July 16, 1949 in Chilton County, the son of the late Archie M. Taylor and Lois Nobles.

He was a systems analyst.

Surviving are his wife, Ola Taylor of Verbena; sons, Matt Taylor (Kristen) of Prattville, Will Taylor (Ashley) of Deatsville; grandson, Landon Taylor of Deatsville; granddaughters, Kendall Taylor of Prattville, Sara Addison Taylor of Prattville, Ann-Hayden Taylor of Deatsville; brother, Tom J. Taylor of Montgomery; mother, Lois Nobles (Bobby) of Verbena; stepmother, Dot Taylor of Prattville.

He was preceded in death by his father, Archie M. Taylor.

Friends will be received from 5-6 p.m. May 23 at Chestnut Creek Baptist Church.

Services will be held May 23 at 6 p.m. at Chestnut Creek Bapt. Church with the Rev. Steven Reneau officiating.

The family requests no flowers but donations to Verbena United Methodist Church or Verbena Fire Department.
