Bobby Dean Johnson Sr., age 73, of Alabaster, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2012, in Alabaster.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Debbie, and his brother, Joe Johnson.

Mr. Johnson is survived by his son, Bobby D. (Rachel) Johnson Jr; daughters, Julie (Keith) Burnett, Anne and Sandra; brother, James “Jabo” Johnson; sisters, Dorothy Eldridge and Sheila Sorrow; longtime friends, Eason (Carol) Hilyer; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held Friday, Aug. 3 from 6-8 p.m. at Rockco Funeral Home Montevallo. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Aug. 4 at 11 a.m. at Rockco Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Sheril Hilyer officiating. Burial will follow at Macedonia Cemetery.
