Claire Smith of Jemison took home the Junior Champion Showman on June 1 at the 2024 Alabama Angus Association Junior Preview Show and Field Day held in Cullman.

Smith was one of 33 entries at the competition that angus exhibitors led at the show, and Clay McGuire from Centerton, Arkansas evaluated the entries before naming champions.
