Pauline Marie Burnett
In loving memory of Pauline Marie Burnett, 77, who passed away peacefully at her residence in Spanish Fort, AL on January 18, after courageously battling a long illness.
Pauline was born in Clanton, AL October 3, 1946, to Allie Burnett and Edna Easterling-Burnett.
Pauline had a love for family, cooking, various types of artwork, travel, and keeping up with fashion trends. She was an enthusiastic backgammon player in the late 70’s, and loved competing in backgammon tournaments. Pauline had an outgoing and welcoming personality, and had a true knack for connecting with people. She had a positive impact on so many who knew her.
During her life, Pauline lived in several cities within Alabama and Michigan, and called each state “home”. Ann Arbor, MI held a special place in her heart, and she will be laid to rest at Arborcrest Cemetery in her beloved Ann Arbor.
Pauline was preceded in death by her parents and five siblings: Edward, Wanda, Ronnie, David, and Charles.
Pauline is survived by her two sisters, Beth (Leon) Lyles and Becky Caister; three children, Karl (Anne) Easterling, Benita (Gerald) Fore, Marie (Tim) Wheeler; four grandchildren, Justin Burke, Brandon Burke, Jaimie (Mitch) Farrington, Michael Sierakowski; two great-grandchildren, Luke Farrington and Autumn Farrington, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She will be greatly missed by family and her many close friends.
