Students at Thorsby High School participated in Free College Application Week.
Maplesville High School’s senior students got involved with Free College Application Week.
Students were able to apply to four-year universities in Alabama without paying an application fee during the week.
Thousands of students across the state of Alabama take advantage of the event each year.

The week of Oct. 16-20 was Free College Application Week across the state of Alabama, and students in Chilton County took advantage of it to take their next step in their educational journey.
Four-year colleges and universities throughout Alabama waived their application fees during the week allowing students across the state to apply to colleges for free.
All of the Chilton County high schools participated in the event and were assisted by Chilton County Schools career coaches Wendy Fortner and Sjohna Hughes.
