Extension holds peach jam workshop in Clanton

The Chilton County Alabama Extension Office hosted a peach jam workshop on June 15 at Senior Connection. The workshop taught people how to make and preserve jams and jellies at home, and how to make jam and jelly from peaches. The workshop made both sugar and reduced-sugar jam during the workshop and had a kitchen full of participants at Senior Connection.
