From Chilton County Relay for Life
On Oct. 21, 2022, Colby Jones, owner of Durbin Farms Market, held a Smash Breast Cancer Event with all proceeds going to the Chilton County Relay for Life for breast cancer research. Each participate paid a minimum of $5 to smash a pumpkin and Smash Breast Cancer. There was a wonderful turn out in support this event. On Nov. 4, 2022, Jones presented the 2022 Relay for Life Queens with a check for $3,000 that was raised during this event. Thank you to Mr. Jones, Durbin Farms Market and all those that participated and for helping us fight this horrible disease called cancer.
