Mr. Ronald L. “Ronnie” Ogle, age 63 of Selma, slipped into eternity on Wednesday, Dec. 27 at Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery.

Ronnie was born on Feb. 19, 1954, son of the late JT Clide Ogle and the late Ellen Cook Ogle.

He was a gas truck delivery driver for Blossman Propane Gas Company for more than 20 years.

To know Ronnie, was to love him. He will be affectionately remembered by his family and all that knew him as one that was kind, laid-back, easy going, and a man of few words. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

He is survived by his daughter, Anna Carroll of Plantersville; grandchildren, Madison Carroll of Clanton, Evan Harrison of Maplesville, and Elin Harrison of Maplesville; brothers, Richard (Marienne) Ogle of Birmingham, Reggie (Evelyn) Ogle of Selma, Randy Ogle of Pensacola, and Rowdy (Cherie) Ogle of Valley Grande; nieces and nephews, Robbie Bennett of Selma, Vanessa Brook Ogle Cockrell of Mobile, Randy (Heather) Bennett of Daphne, Michelle (Kevin) Mckey of Loxley, Chris (Christy) Ogle of Three Forks, MT, Amanda Ogle (John) Carden of Clanton, Shane D. (Christy) Ogle of Clanton, Kayla Huffman of Valley Grande, and Aleana Huffman of Valley Grande; and numerous aunts, uncles, great- nieces and nephews, and other relatives.

He is preceded in death by his parents, JT Clide and Ellen Ogle; and his daughter, Angel Harrison

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Dec. 30 at 2 p.m. from the Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel in Selma with Shane D. Ogle officiating. Burial will follow in Pineview Memory Gardens in Valley Grande.

The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. on Saturday at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home in Selma.

Pallbearers will be Leon Ezelle, Thomas Hughes, Kevin Sellers, Vlencon Brown, Tom Sacks, Mike Ingram, Menzo Driskell, and Terry Dellinger.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the MICU doctors and nurses for the excellent care given to Ronnie during his time at Baptist Medical Center South.
