September 5

– Criminal Trespass: 300 block of County Road 137.

– Altered Mental Status: 400 block of Tom Martin Road.

– Lost property: 1000 block of County Road 44.

– Recovered Illegal Firearm: Traffic Stop, County Road 42 at 219 Exit.

– Arrest, Possession of a Sawed Off Shotgun.

 

September 6

– Drug Evidence recovered: Peach Queen Campgrounds.

– Arrest, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

 

September 8

– Possession of a Forged Instrument: 24000 block of US Highway 31.

– Theft of Property: 2000 block of Alabama Highway 191.

– Arrest, DUI: US Highway 31 at County Road 42.

– 2-vehicle Private Property Accident, no injuries: Jemison High School parking lot.

 

September 9

– 2 outstanding arrest warrants, Failure to Appear in Court.

 

September 10

– Drug Evidence recovered: Traffic Stop, County Road 29 at County Road 50.

– Arrest, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

 

September 11

– Theft of Property: 800 block of County Road 135.

– Violation of City’s Animal Control Ordinance: Eugene Avenue.
