Powers re-elected as vice chair of state republican party

The Alabama Republican Party recently held its State Executive Committee meeting at The Regency Hyatt in Birmingham. State offices and congressional districts elections were held.
Congressional District 6 ALGOP State Executive members representing Bibb, Blount, Chilton, Coosa, Jefferson and Shelby counties re-elected Renèe Powers of Clanton to a second term as vice chair.

Renèe Powers stated, “She appreciates the vote of confidence from her colleagues in the district and will continue her efforts in seeking Republican candidates; electing Republican leadership and promoting Conservative Republican causes.”
The Alabama Republican Party is proud of President Trump’s leadership in Washington and feels optimistic for the future of Alabama and America.

Preparation is underway for the 2018 statewide elections.
