Chattman cut the lead to two while Underwood would cut it to one just before the half, 17-16 Panthers. The Panthers started the early seconds of the third with a three-point lead but baskets by Emily Booth and Kiara Ford put the Mustangs out in front by one. Baskets by Ford and Chattman extended the Isabella lead to five before a three from Breagan Franklin put a stop to the Mustangs run.

Ford answered with a three for Isabella that would kick off a 7-0 Isabella run that saw the third period end with the Mustangs leading 34-26.
Consecutive baskets from Kiara Steele to start the fourth drew the Panthers to within four, but four points from Chattman again
made the Isabella lead eight.

Steele would once again work to cut the Mustang lead to four with 1:46 to play, but with little help for the Panthers leading scorer, and Jemison came up short.
