The Chilton County Sheriff’s Office is conducting a manhunt for a suspect wanted for theft.

At approximately 9 p.m. Tuesday night, the office’s Facebook page was updated, stating that the suspect has been identified but not captured.

At the time of the writing of this article, no name had been released for the suspect.

The suspect was described as a white male wearing blue shorts and an orange polo shirt with blue horizontal stripes. His height is approximately 6’2”.

He was last seen near County Road 55 in Clanton.
