Ronald “Ronnie” Eugene Easterling

Ronald “Ronnie” Eugene Easterling, 57, of Clanton died Thursday, Aug. 18.

He was born on Tuesday, May 5, 1959 in Chilton County, son of the late Billy Wayne Easterling and Barbara Jones Easterling. He was a machinist.

Surviving are his daughter, Meghan Easterling of Jemison; granddaughters, Maddie and Kaylee Ray of Jemison; mother, Barbara Easterling of Clanton; brother, Ricky (Robin) Easterling of Clanton; sister, Robin (Kenny) Wilson of Clanton; stepson, Todd Barnett of Clanton; step-grandchildren, Zachary and Macey Barnett of Clanton; nieces, nephews & extended family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Wayne Easterling, and brother, Gary Easterling.

Friends will be received from 5-7 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 21 at Friendship Baptist Church. Services will be held Monday, Aug. 22 at 11 a.m. at Friendship Baptist Church with Rev. Wendell Kelley officiating. Interment will follow in Friendship Baptist Cemetery, Clanton, AL 35045.
