Red Devils clinch region title

Maplesville clinched its region championship with Friday’s 42-0 win at A.L. Johnson.
The Red Devils are now 7-1 overall and 4-0 in region play with no region games remaining.
Johnson drops to 1-6 overall and 1-2 in region play.
The hosts couldn’t keep Maplesville’s Terence Dunlap out of the end zone, as he rushed six times for 135 yards and three touchdowns.
Cole Spencer was 3-for-9 passing for 100 yards.
Corey Hall scored two defensive touchdowns—one on a fumble recovery that he returned 20 yards and another on a 37-yard interception return for a touchdown.
