Panthers can’t keep up at Central-Tuscaloosa

Jemison couldn’t find its first win of the season and lost at Central-Tuscaloosa on Friday, 58-6.

Ty Leachman completed three passes in nine attempts for 71 yards and scored the Panthers’ only touchdown among his four rushes for 22 yards.

Austin Moore caught a 46-yard pass.

Phillip Lenoir was the leading rusher with 32 yards on five carries.

A.J. Jackson had 29 yards on five carries, and Deonte Williams pitched in 19 yards on two carries.

The Panthers fall to 0-8 overall and 0-6 in region play.

Central-Tuscaloosa is now 4-4 and 2-4.
