Leonard L. Moore, 88, of Clanton, died Sept. 22.

He was born April 8, 1927, in Chilton County, son of the late Willie L. Moore and the late Elmina Robinson Moore.

He was a foreman.

Surviving are son, Jeffrey L. Moore (Anne) of Clanton; daughter, Donna Moore Bennett (Mike); six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris W. Moore.

Friends will be received from 1:30-2 p.m. Sept. 24 at Mt. Nebo United Methodist Church.

Services will be held Sept. 24 at 2 p.m. at Mt. Nebo Methodist Cemetery with the Rev. Tony Hughes and the Rev. Jim Popwell officiating.

Interment will follow in Mt. Nebo in Clanton.
