Sept. 2

•Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle: Forrest St.

•One person was arrested for outstanding warrant for unauthorized use of a vehicle

•Served arrest warrant for failure to appear in court

 

Sept. 4

•Two-vehicle private property accident: Cobb Plaza (no injuries)

 

Sept. 5

•Illegal drug evidence recovered: 8000 block of County Road 42

•One person was arrested for public intoxication: Bibb St.

•Person was arrested for shoplifting: Dollar General

•One person was arrested for public intoxication and drug charges: 8000 block of County Road 42

 

Sept. 6

•Illegal drug evidence recovered during a traffic stop: County Road 44

•Two persons were arrested for possession of marijuana: County Road 44

 

Sept. 7

•One person arrested for assault and disorderly conduct: 7000 block of County Road 42 W.

•One person arrested for assault: 7000 block of County Road 42 W.

 

Sept. 8

•Illegal drug evidence recovered: 25000 block of U.S. Highway 31

•Illegal drug evidence recovered during a traffic stop: Interstate 65 S. at Mile Marker 216

•One person arrested for distribution of a controlled substance: 25000 block of U.S. Highway 31

•One person arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia: 25000 block of U.S. Highway 31

•Served four arrest warrants for failure to appear in court

•One person arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia: Interstate 65 S. at Mile Marker 216

•One person arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and also charged with promoting prison contraband: Interstate 65 S. at Mile Marker 216
