Timothy Dale “Tim” Connell, 54, of Clanton, passed away on June 25 in Montgomery.

He was born on Nov. 18, 1960, in Chilton County, the son of the late Robert Earl Connell and the late Sular Mae McCord.

He was a heavy equipment operator.

He is survived by his step-daughters, Brandi (Ray) Easterling, Tammy Fulmer, and Tabitha Fulmer, all of Clanton; grandson, Gadstin Eisworth of Louisiana; granddaughters, Kelsey Connell, Alexis Connell, and Haley Connell, all of South Carolina; brother, Wayne Connell of Thorsby; sisters, Earline Edwards and Tonya Scarbrough both of Clanton; nine step-grandchildren; and one great step-grandchild.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Diane Connell; son, Roger Dale Connell; parents Robert Earl and Sular Marie Connell; and brothers, Harold Connell and Ricky Connell.

Funeral services were held on June 29 at 2 p.m. from the Memorial Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home with the Rev. Ricky Martin officiating.

Burial will follow in the New Life Assembly of God Cemetery in Maplesville.

The family received friends from 5-8 p.m. on June 28 at the funeral home.

The family requests no flowers, but please make contributions towards the funeral expenses at the funeral home.
