The following is an activity report of the Maplesville Police Department from March 9-May 15:

March 15
•Arrest for drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop: Alabama Highway 22 at the Holiness Church

March 16
•A male with mental issues, jumped from a car and ran into the woods on Shanks Dr.; he later appeared at his residence.

March 18
•Drug paraphernalia and illegal pills found after a traffic stop was made: Alabama Highway 22 and County Road 327 (suspect taken into custody)

March 21
•Marijuana found after a traffic stop for speeding: U.S. Highway 82 at Mile Marker 106 (arrest)

March 22
•Burglary 500 block of Alabama Highway 139

March 24
•A report was made to DHR when two children with dirty diapers and no shoes were found wandering on Alabama Highway 22 and Reed St.

April 1
•Runaway juvenile (later found in the Prattville area): County Road 323

April 5
•Two-vehicle accident: Intersection of Alabama Highway 22 and U.S. Highway 82 (property damage only)

April 6
•Possession of methamphetamine and spice: Laundromat (arrest)

April 19
•Single-vehicle accident: Alabama Highway 22 and County Road 327 (motorist stated she was run off the road; driver had a revoked license, no injuries)

April 22
•Female was assaulted by a male, who then ran off in the woods and was later caught and arrested while he was walking on Alabama Highway 22 back to Clanton: Rest Area on U.S. Highway 82

•Arrest for a robbery warrant out of Massachusetts; suspect had been on the run for 11 years: Alabama Highway 22 near Terry’s Small Engines

April 26
•Illegally moving mobile homes: U.S. Highway 82 and County Road 807 (case turned over to the state)

April 26
•Criminal mischief on a vehicle from the trailer park on U.S. Highway 82

April 27
•Drug paraphernalia: Under the bridge on U.S. Highway 82 (arrest)

April 28
•Reckless endangerment: A male slung gravel from his tires onto a female after a domestic incident in the trailer park on U.S. Highway 82.

April 24
•Theft of an iPhone from South Coast Paper (warrant was issued on the suspect)

May 1
•Meth lab and marijuana found after a traffic stop: U.S. Highway 82 and Alabama Highway 22 (arrest)

May 5
•DUI: U.S. Highway 82 at Mile Marker 107 (arrest)

May 7
•Single-vehicle wreck:  Alabama Highway 22 and County Road 327 (driver fell asleep at the wheel, no injuries)

May 16
•Natural death: County Road 312 area
