Joy Ellen Loyd, 35, of Clanton, passed away April 19.

She was born Jan. 11, 1980, in Cullman, the daughter of Thomas Loyd and Gwyn Collins Loyd.

Surviving are her parents, Thomas and Gwyn Loyd of Clanton; brother, Thomas Loyd (Shonna) of Tuscaloosa; niece, Maddie Loyd; nephew, Thomas Shane Loyd and uncle, Jessie Collins of Clanton.

A memorial service will be held April 22 at 10 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Clanton.
