JES students receive dictionaries

A former Jemison student, Bobby Moody, who is a member of the Bessemer Elks Lodge 721, asked his organization to provide dictionaries to the third grade students at Jemison Elementary.
He and another member, Terry Barron, spoke to the students before handing each student a dictionary. Barron informed the students that the gift was theirs to keep toward assisting them in furthering their education. The students thanked the men for the dictionaries.
