Oct. 29
•Property damage: 17000 block of County Road 51
•One-vehicle private property accident: 24000 block of U.S. Highway 31 (no injuries)
Oct. 30
•Burglary and theft of property: County Road 901
Oct. 31
•Property damage: U.S. Highway 31 at Lake Drive
•Animal complaint: 400 block of County Road 770
•Drug evidence recovered: traffic stop: County Road 164 and 181
•Three persons arrested and charged with reckless endangerment, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia and attempting to elude an officer
•One person arrested for DUI: County Road 42 and 44

•Criminal mischief: Royal Oaks Road
•Private property accident: Chevron Parking Lot
Nov. 3
•Theft of property: 800 block of County Road 859
•Drug Evidence recovered: 12000 block of County Road 42
•One person arrested for public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia: 12000 block of County Road 42
•Vehicle fire: Interstate 65 at the 219 Exit: (no injuries)
Nov. 4
•Served two arrest warrants for failure to appear in court

•Passing counterfeit bills: valley view grocery on U.S. Highway 82.
Sept. 23
•Motorcycle stopped for speeding; driver tried to elude the officer: Alabama Highway 22 (arrest)
Sept. 24
•Traffic accident involving two vehicles, property damage only: Alabama Highway 22 and Reed St.
•Trailer fire (believed to be electrical): Trailer Park on U.S. Highway 82 (no injuries)
Sept. 26
•Stolen cell phone; suspect returned the phone to the owner: The Timbers Grill
Sept. 29
•Harassment from the 100 block of Parnell Ave.
Oct. 3
•Single-vehicle accident (vehicle struck a deer): U.S. Highway 82 at the Double Bridges (property damage only)
Oct. 4
•Criminal trespassing: Mobile St. (arrest)
Oct. 5
•A car and motorcycle involved in an accident: U.S. Highway 82 and County Road 337 (property damage only)
Oct. 9
•Two-vehicle traffic accident: Alabama Highway 22 and West Frazier Railroad Tracks (no injuries, property damage only)

•Theft (a vehicle was broken into): Trailer Park on U.S. Highway 82 at The Timbers Grill.

•Robbery: Dollar General, Alabama Highway 22 (nothing was taken)
