Jenny Louise Doss, 54, of Montevallo, passed away April 27 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster.

She was born Feb. 21, 1960 in Montgomery, the daughter of the late Joseph Benjamin Scarbrough and the late Dora Lee Broadhead Scarbrough.

She was a clerk.

She is survived by her son, Patrick Doss (Tara) of Jemison; daughter, Jenniffer Doss of Jemison; grandchildren, Patrick David Doss, Anthony Oneal Doss, Chloe Jane Doss; brother, Charles Calloway (Ann) of Cooper; sisters, Bonnie Yates (Ricky) of Cooper, Sandra Pair of Clanton; companion, George H. Emfinger of Montevallo; mother-in-law, Wanda Davis of Jemison and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Doss and brother, Joseph Scarbrough.

Friends will be received from 5-8 p.m. April 30 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services will be held May 1 at 1 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. George Willis officiating.

Interment will follow in Union Grove Community Cemetery in Jemison.
