Sherry M. Cleckler Easterling, 57, of Clanton, passed away April 10 at Jackson Hospital in Montgomery.

She was born on Oct. 25, 1956, in Chilton County, the daughter of the late James Howard Mims and the late Verlon Easterling Mims.

She worked in medical records at Chilton Medical Center.

She is survived by her husband, Rusty Easterling; sons, Jason Cleckler (Leslie) and James Cleckler (Tanya); daughter, Rhiannon Lecroy; granddaughter, Anna Cleckler; grandsons, Blake Cleckler, Jacob Lecroy, Kole Forrester; brother, Rev. Randal Mims, all of Clanton.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Howard and Verlon Mims; first husband, Roger Lee Cleckler and brother, Bobby Mims.

Friends will be received from 10-11 a.m. April 12 at Martin Funeral Home.

Services will be held April 12 at 11 a.m. at Martin Chapel with the Rev. Oneal Cleckler, the Rev. Jerry Cleckler, the Rev. Andy Mims and the Rev. Randal Mims officiating.

Interment will follow in Chilton Memorial Gardens in Clanton.
