For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life: John 3:16

The greatest story ever told is about unconditional love, the love of the Heavenly Father for us. A love that man can never fully understand is agape love, the love of God. It has to be experienced in the hearts and minds of each individual. This Christmas, the greatest gift you can give to yourself and others is the love of Jesus. For God so loved us, that his only Son died on the cross for our sins. Jesus became sin so that we might live. There is nothing that is as important as love: love for God, and love for one another.

Tell your loved ones daily how much you love them. We are not promised tomorrow, and this makes it even more important to our future to know who holds our tomorrows.

Merry Christmas from all of us at Mars Hill Baptist Church. God is good, all the time! Amen.

Bro. Bobby opened our day of worship with ministry opportunities and by welcoming everyone. Great songs were sung by the congregation.

The Candle of Love was presented for the Fourth Sunday of Advent and the Celebration Choir sang a medley of special music.

Bro. Bobby’s message was “A Model of Love,” from Matthew 1:18-25.

In the evening service, our children’s choir presented their Christmas program. They were wonderful.

There will be no services on Wednesday night, Dec. 25.
