William Marty Price, 51, of Verbena passed away on April 19 at Hatley Health Care in Clanton.

He was born on Wednesday, Aug. 2, 1961, in Chilton County, the son of Ferrell Price and Flora Mae Cooedy Price.

He was an engineer.

Surviving are his father, Ferrell Price; mother, Flora Mae Price; brother, Doug Price (Debra); sister, Vanessa Price Powell; nephews, Landon Powell, Lawson Powell, Tate Price, Trever Price; nieces, Tiffany Price Pickett, Taylor Price and Tracy Price.

Friends were received from 6-8 p.m. on April 21 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services were held on April 22 at 2 p.m. at Bethsalem Baptist Church with the Rev. Gary Jones officiating.

Interment followed in Bethsalem Baptist Cemetery in Billingsley.
