Martha Ann Brown, 80, of Clanton passed away on March 21, 2013 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center.

She was born on Sunday, May 8, 1932 in Chilton County, the daughter of the late Walter Dennis and the late Ada Brown Dennis.

She was a homemaker.

Surviving are her son, Tom (Mary) Brown of Clanton; grandsons, Jason (Tracy) Brown of Clanton, Lee (Jill) Brown of Lincoln, Neb. and Landon Brown of Clanton; granddaughters, Lisa Brown of Clanton and Laurin Brown of Clanton; great-granddaughters, Emma Brown of Clanton, Katie Brown of Clanton and Kenzie Brown of Lincoln, Neb.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Tyrus E. Brown.

Friends will be received from 1-3 p.m. March 24 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services will be held Sunday, March 24 at 3 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Matt DeBord and the Rev. Jay Hurd officiating.

Interment will follow in Verbena Cemetery.
