Dot Wesson Headley, 84, of Clanton died Wednesday, July 11, 2012.

She was born on Wednesday, Feb. 8, 1928, in Chilton County, daughter of the late Calvin Patterson and the late Jane Wesson Patterson.

She was a homemaker.

Surviving are her three daughters, Sally Jane (Tom) Underwood of Culpepper, Va.; Ginger Ann Sova of Birmingham; Melanie (Roddy) Boggs of Clanton; grandsons, Thomas, Jason and Stuart Underwood, Tyler and Blake Boggs; granddaughters, Jennifer Yawn, Cassidy Sova; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis W. “Pig” Headley and grandson, Christopher Lewis Underwood.

Friends will be received from 12-1 p.m., Saturday, July 14, at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services will be held Saturday, July 14, at 1 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Ralph Brannon officiating.

Interment will follow in Chilton Memorial Gardens, Clanton.
