Troy University announces spring semester honor students

Troy University has announced its honor students for spring semester, according to Dr. Earl Ingram, Senior Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs.
Two students from Chilton County earned spots on the Chancellor’s List, in addition to nine who made the Provost’s List.
Raven Howell and Malia Maddox, both of Clanton, were named to the Chancellor’s List.
The Provost’s List included Heather Lorino, Rachelle Ousley, Abigail Scarbrough and Pamela Smith, all of Clanton; Alyssa Childress of Jemison; Tara Mitchell and Marvin Morton of Maplesville; Lauren Guy of Thorsby; and Wanda Elrod of Verbena.
Full-time undergraduate students who earned a 4.0 grade point average for the spring semester are recognized on the Chancellor’s List, the university’s honor roll.
Full-time undergraduate students who earned a grade point average of 3.65 or higher on a 4.0 scale are recognized on the Provost’s List.
Troy University offers associate, bachelor’s, master’s and education specialist degrees, preparing students in the fields of fine arts, communication, business, education, sciences and the humanities, applied science, nursing and allied health sciences.
