Edmund Jaczinski passed away on Sunday, May 6, 2012.

He was a native of New London, Conn., and resident of Jemison.

Eddie spent four years serving his country in the U.S. Air Force; his last duty station was Maxwell AFB in Montgomery.

Ed, as he was known by some of his friends, retired from General Dynamics Electric Boat Company and then from Union Camp Corporation in Thorsby.

Eddie has entertained many family and friends in Chilton County with his accordion playing and singing.

He was a faithful member of the Accordion Club. He was a faithful member of Resurrection Catholic Church in Clanton.

He leaves behind several family and friends who enjoyed his company for years here in Chilton County. He will be missed!

Mr. Jaczinski is preceded in death by his wife of many years, Beatrice Brown Jaczinski, several siblings and his parents of New London, Conn.
