Alice Huett Roper, 69, of Prattville died Monday, May 14, 2012.

She was born on Tuesday, May 11, 1943, in Davidson County, Tennessee, daughter of the late Claude Elton Martin and the late Beula Mae Deason Martin.

She was a homemaker.

Surviving are her husband, Albert Roper of Prattville; son, Louis “Chip” Huett of Billingsley; two daughters, Evaughn McIntyre of Billingsley and Terri Rhodes of Montgomery; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, May 16 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services will be held Thursday, May 17 at 11 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Wendell Kelley officiating.

Interment will follow in New Cedron, Billingsley.
