George W. Traywick

George “Mack” W. Traywick, 71, of Clanton died Tuesday, April 24, 2012, at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster.
He was born on Saturday, Jan. 25, 1941, in Shelby County, son of the late Harvey David Traywick and the late Mary Mildred Wammack Traywick.
He was a superintendent.
Surviving are his wife, June Traywick of Clanton; two sons, Quniton D. (Donna) Traywick of Clanton and Billy Mack (Debbie) Traywick of Clanton; three granddaughters, Jeanna (Chris) Mims of Clanton, Latishia Traywick of Clanton and Mandy (Chad) Lanier of Clanton; grandson, Corey Traywick of Clanton; and nine great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mildred and Harvey Traywick.
Friends will be received from 1:30-3 p.m., Thursday, April 26 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.
Services will be held Thursday, April 26 at 3 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Don Traywick and the Rev. Jim Shannon officiating.
Interment will follow in Lime Springs Methodist Church in Clanton.
