Muriel Luker, 74, died Friday, April 20, 2012.

She was born on Tuesday, Jan. 18, 1938, the daughter of Jesse Alsip and Opal Russell Bonnell.

Surviving are her sisters, Laura Suk and Jeannette Otberg; and special niece, Nicole Lemke.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Winston Luker; brother-in-law, Frank Suk; father, Jessie Alsip; and mother, Opal Bonnell.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 28 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Clanton with the Rev. Jack Drinkwater officiating.
