Jesse H. Harrison, 73, of Plantersville died Saturday, April 7, 2012.

He was born Tuesday, July 19, 1938, in Chilton County, son of the late Clarence Harrison and the late Eva Lou Wright Harrison.

He was a farmer.

Surviving are his daughter, Debra (Joe) Alexander of Valley; grandson, Joey (Lindsey) Smitherman of Birmingham; two brothers, Raymond (Margaret) Harrison of Maplesville and David (Sharon) Harrison of Maplesville; and special friend, Frances Walker of Plantersville.

Friends were received Sunday, April 8 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services were held Monday, April 9 at 2 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church with the Rev. Ken Myers officiating. Interment followed in Alpine Baptist Cemetery.
