Rylee Harper Blackmon, the infant daughter of Phillip and Heather Hafer Blackmon of Jemison, was born and passed away on Feb. 3, 2012, at Brookwood Medical Center in Homewood.

She is survived by her parents, along with: maternal grandparents, Richard and Sandy Hafer of Jemison; paternal grandparents, Randy and Jo Ellen Blackmon of Montevallo; maternal great grandmother, Edith Kirby of Alabaster; paternal great grandparents, Shirley and Elliott Robins of Montevallo; paternal great grandmother, Mary M. Blackmon of Clanton; uncle, Ben (Allison) Hafer of Jemison; uncle, Steven (Rachael Simone) Blackmon of Nashville; cousin, Easton Hafer of Jemison; and aunt, Renee Hafer of Jemison.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 10, from Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Jemison, with the Rev. Bob Brown and the Rev. Scott Bush officiating.

The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service.

Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Jemison.
