Ean Wade Boyd, the infant son of Derek Boyd and Sonya Farris-Boyd of Jemison, was born and passed away on Dec. 28, 2011, at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster.

He is survived by his parents along with: grandparents, William G. and Sandra C. Boyd of Clanton; grandmother, Doris Farris of Jemison; great-grandmother, Leona Scott of Jemison; uncle, Will (Stephanie) Boyd; uncle, Jeff (Lori) Farris; and cousins: Griffin and Carson Farris, and Jaxson Boyd.

He was preceeded in death by his grandfather, Donnie Farris.

Visitation will be held on Friday, Dec. 30 from 10-11 a.m. at Ellison-Mims Funeral Home in Clanton.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, Dec. 30 at 11 a.m. from the Memorial Chapel of Ellison-Mims Funeral Home with the Rev. Rex Kent and the Rev. David Farris officiating.

Burial will follow in Robinson Springs Cemetery in Clanton.
