A toy drive will be held Thursday, Dec. 8 through Saturday, Dec. 10 at Café Firenze II in Clanton.

The toys will be distributed to children in Chilton County before Christmas.

Anyone who brings a toy to Café Firenze II on Dec. 10 starting at 8 p.m. will not be charged cover.

All gifts must be new and unwrapped, and they may be dropped off at Café Firenze anytime it is open for business from Dec. 8-10.

Buzz 30, a local band, will perform Saturday night.

“We’re trying to give back to the community,” said Brad Carter, a Buzz 30 member. “This is the first Christmas that we’ve done it. We just want to try to help out the ones that need it.”
