Chilton County’s boys defeated Verbena, 84-56, on Monday despite a 20-point effort from Verbena’s T.J. Ray.

Ray’s output was offset by both Weston Harris and Jamarcus Williams scoring 19 points for CCHS (3-0).

Williams also had five steals and five assists.

DyQuan Floyd recorded a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds.

Jaryus Wilson had 12 points for Verbena (1-2).
